Through countless club, festival, and warehouse gigs, Juana has been honing her craft since she started obsessively collecting disco and early house records in the late 90s and eventually developed an undying penchant for techno, Chicago acid, and deep house. She started DJing in 2001 in Chicago, and continued honing her craft after moving to DC in 2003, eventually becoming a resident of the legendary SEQUENCE techno parties and a founding member of the DC QT BIPOC collective NOXEEMA JACKSON.
