John Faye is a singer-songwriter who has had a prolific multi-decade career as the voice of The Caulfields, IKE, John & Brittany, and his solo work. John is also a member of Hooters drummer David Uosikkinen’s In The Pocket. As the lead singer and songwriter for The Caulfields, he released two albums on A&M Records in the mid-90’s, had a modern rock radio hit in the US and Australia (“Devil’s Diary”), had song placements in major films and television shows through a publishing deal with Warner-Chappell, and toured nationally and internationally.
Faye’s latest album (his 16th studio release) “The Long Game” dropped on vinyl in December of 2024 in partnership Hooters drummer David Uosikkinen’s ITP Entertainment. The single “Asking For A Friend” was added into regular rotation at Philadelphia Non-Com radio powerhouse WXPN and has cracked the top 60 on the CDX Triple A singles chart in a national radio campaign. The album is distributed throughout North America by MVD Entertainment.
Faye’s memoir, The Yin and the Yang of it All: Rock ’n’ Roll Memories from the Cusp, as told by a Mixed-Up, Mixed-Race Kid, published in 2023 by Advantage/Forbes, is an Amazon #1 Best Seller. John regularly presents “Songs & Stories” performances based on the book in music venues, as well as in educational and entrepreneurial spaces.

Frontman for throw back rock band @SILVERTIDE, known for their chaotic live performances and debut album Show & Tell. After Silvertide's departure J - Walt released a full length album titled WALT LAFTY : DEMOS which was recorded with a single Shure sm 57 microphone in a basement in NE Philadelphia with zero edit and it quickly became an underground record passed around amongst friends until being shared through old Silvertide fan forums world wide. The next few years were different band projects resulting in single releases and EP's under the name @AUTOMATIC FIRE until they disbanded so that members could pursue other musical projects at which point Silvertide lead guitarist Nick Perri asked Walt to join his new project named SINAI. Eventually @SINAI met the same fate as @AUTOMATIC FIRE at which point Walt released a new song named "I found one" with accompanying video under the name @WALT LAFTY AND THE LIKE MAGNETS. Next Walt joined forces with his long time friend/SILVERTIDE band mate Mark Melchiorre Jr. called @THE LIKE MAGNETS. The album was a concept album named "AMAZING PULSAR! " and was his first album using only Midi Drums rather than a real drummer in a studio setting. 2020 announced his first "solo but full band album ever" the albums name is @TORRESDALE and is being produced by Grammy Nominated producer David Ivory with session musician Chuck Treece on drums, Damon Bennett on keys/ piano and Mike Kelly on bass.
