Description
It's a little steamy out here.
After a European voyage from Berlin’s concrete heat to Helsinki’s fevered beat, Honey Trap returns to NYC -- bringing four icons to Nowadays' hallowed floor.
Making their long-awaited debut...
MAGDA, a legend and an irrefutable force in the electronic scene. Born in Poland and raised in Detroit, Magda has absorbed the diverse influences of her surroundings, shaping a richly cultured perspective—one that finds beauty and potential in even the most overlooked and forgotten places. With an open mind, she approaches her craft by blending deep, driving techno with subtle melodic textures, creating immersive, hypnotic journeys.
PLANET B, Gabriela resident, is no stranger to New York dance floors. His foundations are house, disco, funk and soul, but very little is off limits.
And our beautiful residents...
AMELIA HOLT, Honey Trap boss, percussive wet funk provocateur, and agent of all left-field force, one of Brooklyn’s most distinctive selectors, and one who does not ask for permission.
SECOND CONTACT, Honey Trap mainstay, mix series pathfinder and metalsmith at forge.fm is an emerging DJ inspired by those who know the rules well enough to break them. Behind the decks, he oscillates between downtempo, dark wave, and progressive trance exploring the idea between restraint and release.
Find us among the vapors.
See you there
