About Information Society
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Storming the mid ‘80s with their Freestyle debut classic “Running,” Information Society (or INSOC as they are affectionately known) have enjoyed multiple Top 40 hits including their Number One smash "What’s On Your Mind (Pure Energy)", "Walking Away", "Think" and "Peace & Love, Inc." Their infectious appeal translated the world over with Brazil, Spain, Mexico and their native U.S. leading the charge. The current iteration of INSOC is the original incarnation with founding members Paul Robb on synths, Kurt Larson on vocals, and bassist James Cassidy. Zeke Prebluda (aka Falcotronik), who has been performing live with the band since 2009 joined as the official fourth member in 2019. One of electronic music's most influential bands, Information Society are a chart-topping act whose experimental hits have incorporated elements of new wave, electropop, freestyle, industrial and darkwave. The band will be performing a full live set at this event.
About Tapping The Vein
YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Tapping the Vein first gained international recognition beyond the Philadelphia scene when they were chosen to open for the Sisters of Mercy in 1997. This exposure led opening slots for acts such as Gravity Kills, Alanis Morissette, Switchblade Symphony, Type O Negative, The Damned, and Depeche Mode. The band caught the attention of Marcus Steiger, the owner of Nuclear Blast Records. TTV was offered a deal, which was followed by a performance at Germany’s Zillo Fest, alongside headliners The Cure. Tapping the Vein embarked on tours with various bands, including King’s X, Opeth, Paradise Lost, Within Temptation, and Lacuna Coil. To date, they have released 2 EPs, "Butterfly" and "Undone" and 2 full-length albums: “The Damage” (Nuclear Blast) and “Another Day Down” (Dancing Ferret/Knife Fight Media).
About Ships in the Night
Website | Facebook | Instagram | YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music
Ships In The Night is an electrifying mix of haunting, dark electronic and ethereal, ambient lullabies. Alethea Leventhal's magnetic solo project pulls from dreams, memories and echoes from the outer world to paint an atmospheric landscape with sweeping waves of synths and kinetic beats. The band's latest album, Protection Spells, was released on Metropolis Records in May 2025.
