A New York native, Giordani’s journey into electronic music began in his teens, inspired by the legendary sets of Danny Tenaglia at Pacha NY. This profound experience drove him to pursue a career behind the decks, eventually securing a pivotal residency at Output NY in Brooklyn. Here, Giordani's talent flourished, catching the eyes of notable figures in the techno scene. Giordani’s big break came under the mentorship of Adam Beyer, the techno heavyweight behind the Drumcode label. With Beyer’s support, Layton’s debut ‘Unspoken’ EP on Truesoul, followed quickly by his debut on Drumcode with Rivington, marked his arrival as a rising force in the techno scene. His 2017 debut album ‘Where It Begins’ earned widespread acclaim, cementing his status as a significant player. Coming into 2025, Giordani has become one of the most influential names in the house and techno scene, holding strong in the top 5 of Beatport’s most trending artists. Hot off his North American tour, sold-out headline show in NYC, and sets at Space Miami and The Sphere in Vegas, Giordani has established himself as one of the genre’s elites–entering the year ahead full of momentum.
