Lil Yachty, is an American hip hop recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. Yachty gained recognition for his hit debut singles 1Night (Extended) and Minnesota (Remix) from his debut mixtape Lil Boat in 2016.[1][2][3][4] In February 2016, Yachty debuted as a model in Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 fashion line at Madison Square Garden.[5] On June 10, 2016 he announced he had signed a joint venture record deal with Quality Control Music, Solid Foundation, Capitol Records and Motown Records.[6] He is working on Pretty Boy Billionaires 2, a collaborative mixtape with Soulja Boy, Lil B and Rich The Kid, a follow-up to his Summer Songs EP.[6][7]
